I'm going to give view on benefits of good sleep


Benefits:
1) improves skill and memory
   Dr. Rapoport Says that things you learn mentally and physically you strengthen it while you sleep through mind process

2)live longer 
   As per research in 2010 of womens fall under 50-75 age more deaths are seen who sleeps less then 5 hours and more then 6 and 1/2 hours

3)improves creativity
    Study by harvard university While you sleep it make your mind strong in terms of emotions which improves creativity

4)make you winner 
   As per Stanford university sleep is best for athletes... As research on football team players were made to sleep more then 10 hours for 7 months and results were - increase in sprint timing ,less injury, more stamina
